Registered Nurse RN PCU Telemetry Day Shift

Registered Nurse - PCU/IMCU Cardiac
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day Shift, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week.
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing to join our team in a 28 bed PCU/IMCU unit specializing in cardiac care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar-sized facility. The nurse will manage patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, and chest pain while administering cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and various pressors. Additionally, there may be assignments to telemetry beds within the same unit with lower acuity levels.
Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients in the PCU/IMCU with cardiovascular issues.
Monitor and manage patients receiving cardiac drips and medications.
Evaluate patient conditions and respond to changes in acuity.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Administer BLS and ACLS protocols as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of documented MS/TELE nursing experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Active RN license.
