Bartender (NIGHT SHIFTS)

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality by creating memorable guest experiences through expert beverage preparation, engaging service, and a deep knowledge of the restaurant's cocktail, wine, spirits, and food offerings.

This position requires extensive knowledge of classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, premium spirits, and food pairings. Bartenders should be prepared to educate guests, make personalized recommendations based on individual preferences, and craft beverages with precision and consistency while maintaining speed and efficiency in a high-volume environment.

The Bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar while ensuring all beverages meet company presentation standards. They work closely with the service, culinary, and management teams to provide seamless communication and exceptional service throughout each shift. Bartenders are also responsible for accurately processing guest orders and payments, monitoring guest satisfaction, and ensuring all alcohol is served responsibly in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.

Deliver warm, genuine, and personalized hospitality to every guest.

Possess extensive knowledge of the cocktail, wine, beer, spirits, and food menus.

Make thoughtful beverage recommendations and suggest pairings based on guest preferences.

Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with all state and local laws.

Accurately enter beverage and food orders into the POS system.

Coordinate with Captains, Food Runners, and the culinary team to ensure timely service.

Prepare guest checks, process payments accurately, and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including workstations, glassware, tools, refrigeration, and storage areas.

Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies throughout each shift.

Ensure all garnishes and ingredients are fresh, properly prepared, and stocked before service.

Maintain compliance with all Department of Health, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Follow all company beverage recipes, portion controls, and liquor accountability procedures.

Communicate effectively with managers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room and service areas as needed.

Maintain a polished professional appearance and uphold Falsetto Hospitality's service standards at all times.

Minimum of 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining restaurant or cocktail program.

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wine, beer, and food pairings.

Excellent communication, hospitality, and guest engagement skills.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
