Payroll Auditor - Start Immediately

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Entry Level Payroll Auditor.
Responsibilities Maintain driver information.
Receive, calculate and enter timecards/sheets information into the system.
Review checks for accuracy and correctness.
Ensure the data flows to/from payroll or settlement system.
Audit driver payroll.
Mail or overnight checks to associates.
Respond to inquiries and set up/monitor deductions.
Monitor general ledger as it relates to driver payroll and settlements.
Process manual checks as required.
Audit and send out W2s annually.
Maintain the Attendance Controller.
Qualifications High School graduate or GED equivalent.
Payroll and/or accounting experience preferred.
Familiarity with ADP payroll software and multistate payroll helpful.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
High attention to detail.
Must be professional and confidential.
General office skills: computer data entry, familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing software, typing, filing, calculator.
This position is in office. Hours are 8a - 4:30p.
