Technical Recruiter
ZEDEDA's Edge Intelligence products and solutions are used by global distributed enterprises to rapidly realize and deploy autonomous intelligence wherever they operate, turning real-time data into real and tangible business outcomes and decisions. We are seeking an experienced, full-cycle Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers and executive leadership to build out ZEDEDA's teams across Engineering, Sales, and G&A functions. Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build effective sourcing strategies, and calibrate candidate pipelines.
Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels to build a strong, diverse pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity for reporting.
Provide regular pipeline updates and recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, offer-accept rate, and source of hire, to hiring managers and leadership.
Develop and refine recruiting processes, interview scorecards, and hiring workflows as the company scales.
Represent ZEDEDA's culture and values authentically to candidates throughout the hiring process.
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology startup.
- Experience recruiting within infrastructure software, cloud, or enterprise technology companies preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
- Ability to manage interview scheduling and conduct candidate debrief sessions with hiring managers and leadership.

- Experience with ATS platforms such as Rippling and applicant tracking best practices.
