Join Our Team as a Receptionist Shift: Part time Saturday-Sunday 8-5pm

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team! In this vital role, you’ll provide professional, friendly support to both internal staff and external callers, helping maintain smooth and efficient office operations. Your Impact as a Receptionist In this role, you will:

Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed.

Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner.

Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed.

Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

Has experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer.

Possesses strong organizational and administrative skills.

Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use.

Has familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners).
