Surgery Graduate Nurse

Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient/family centered care for all patient populations. Provides safe, therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way. Incorporates differences into the provision of care. Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols, or pathways for care delivery. Incorporates data and information to continuously improve care and practice to enhance outcomes. Administers Medications according to standard nursing practice. Graduate of a nursing school

Required Registration/License/Certification
Alabama Board of Nursing License
Perioperative, Perianesthesia, ER, ICU/stepdown experience

Preferred Registration/License/Certification
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
