shift Bistro Server / Barista

A Barista with American Dining Creations will provide exceptional customer service through the preparation and serving of hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Follow recipe standards to prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks; Serve food and baked goods; Adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Operate POS to complete orders, accept cash and charge payments.

Keep supplies replenished, restock coolers, and take inventory as directed.

Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, designated work, and service areas.

Remain focused on customer satisfaction through providing excellent service to all guests, clients, and team members.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous coffee bar and brewing equipment experience is a plus.

Previous work experience as a Barista or Server.

This position requires lifting 30lbs, bending, walking, climb stairs, and standing for scheduled shift.
