Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and detail-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary, family-centered autism program.This role involves working primarily with children on the autism spectrum in home, community, and center-based settings, delivering individualized, ABA-centered interventions that promote life skills and family support.Key responsibilities include:Conduct and supervise behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategiesOversee implementation of ABA programs across settingsSupervise and train RBTs, BCaBAs, and clinical staffMaintain a billable caseload and ensure complianceMonitor data collection, progress tracking, and reportingParticipate in program development and community outreachQualifications:Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related fieldBCBA certification requiredNew graduates welcomeExperience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferredStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAdditional requirements:Active BCBA certification and registry statusValid driver's license and reliable transportationBackground check and required clearancesCPR/First Aid certificationTB test clearanceSpanish is a plusBenefits:401(k) with employer contributionHealth, dental, and vision insuranceUp to 20 days PTOMileage reimbursementCEU and professional development supportEmployee Assistance ProgramLife and disability insuranceWork environment:Multidisciplinary, collaborative teamStrong administrative supportClinic and community-based work settingsFocus on family-centered, high-quality care
