Reports To: Facilities Manager
The Janitorial Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment throughout the facility. This role supports employee health, safety, and workplace standards by ensuring that bathrooms, cafeterias, offices, locker rooms, conference rooms, and entryways are consistently clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
Clean and maintain cafeterias , including tables, floors, trash removal, and sanitation of common areas
Clean and maintain offices , conference rooms , and administrative spaces
Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervision when restocking is needed
Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
Use cleaning equipment and supplies properly and safely
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervision
Support special cleaning projects as needed (deep cleans, events, inspections)

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage assigned cleaning schedules
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working in restrooms and food service areas

Manufacturing, warehouse, office, and cafeteria environments
Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment (PPE provided as required)

Adhere to company safety, quality, and hygiene standards
