Now Hiring: Dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant CNA We are looking for compassionate individuals to step into a vital Certified Nursing Assistant CNA role with our growing clinical team.

Key Responsibilities of a CNA As a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant CNA , you will play an essential role in our resident-centered care model. Providing comprehensive and compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
Maintaining immaculate and safe living environments for all residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Completing all required reports and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
Performing all duties meticulously in full accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
Collaborating effectively with the nursing and leadership team, executing other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.

Licensure/Certification: Must possess an active and current WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Compliance: Must meet all state requirements for licensure/certification/registration and successfully comply with state health care worker background check requirements.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative part of a multidisciplinary Certified Nursing Assistant CNA team. Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
Experience: Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but we warmly welcome motivated, qualified new Certified Nursing Assistant CNA applicants!
