Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced neurological care, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment plans designed to support patients throughout their recovery journey.
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate is passionate about neurological rehabilitation, committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Deliver hands‑on therapy and rehabilitation services
Develop and implement customized exercise and rehabilitation programs
Collaborate with neurologists, nurse practitioners, speech therapists, and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
Maintain compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain***
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program preferred
Experience with neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, concussion management, or balance rehabilitation is preferred but not required
