Èlephante Scottsdale — one of the Valley’s most anticipated and elevated dining destinations — is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our talented culinary team. We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, upscale kitchen environment.
As a Line Cook at Èlephante, you’ll play a key role in bringing our bold, coastal-inspired Italian flavors to life. You’ll work hands‑on with top‑quality ingredients, executing dishes with precision and consistency while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Ensure all food meets quality, freshness, and portion standards
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
2+ years of experience in a high‑volume, upscale kitchen
Experience with Italian cuisine and wood‑fired cooking is a plus
Flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required
