Oversee the full lifecycle of various marketing projects, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring rigorous adherence to established processes and timely delivery of all project components.
Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by strategically allocating your time based on project demands, including dedicating focused efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods.
Contribute significantly to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining project integrity.
Manage a dynamic workload that encompasses traditional project management responsibilities alongside vital system, technical, and administrative support, including meticulous system tracking and process workflow management.
Serve as a system administrator for project management software, focusing on setup, configuration, and reporting functionalities to maximize team efficiency and project visibility.
Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives, playing a key role in the strategic execution of impactful campaigns.
Proven experience in project management, specifically within a marketing environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain structure and adaptability within a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within defined scope.
Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation strategies.
Proficiency in the setup, configuration, and reporting functions of project management software.
This is a unique temp-to-perm opportunity, offering an initial contract period for mutual evaluation of performance and cultural alignment, with strong potential for conversion to a permanent/direct hire position.
