Introduction A well-established three-doctor small animal practice in Helena, Montana is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a close-knit, collaborative team. Working Hours / Rota The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and is closed on weekends. Flexible scheduling is available, supporting both full-time and part-time veterinarians, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive small animal medical, surgical, and dental care. Responsibilities include preventative medicine, diagnostics, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and client education. The role encourages collaboration, thoughtful case management, and relationship-based medicine, allowing veterinarians to practice at a high standard while continuing to grow clinically. Practice Details This is a full-service small animal hospital equipped with digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, and in-house laboratory capabilities. The practice offers a broad range of services, including wellness and preventative care, soft-tissue surgery, ophthalmic diagnostics, and advanced dental procedures.
