Perform wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement and other necessary interventions.
Educate patients and their families on wound care, preventions strategies, and overall health maintenance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wound care treatments and adjust plans as necessary.
Stay current with best practices, evidence based protocols and new technologies in wound care.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of wound care policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on wound care management.
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.

• Wound Care Certification strongly preferred.
• Skilled Nursing Experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Experience in Wound Care preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.

Work may involve exposure to infectious diseases, hazardous materials and other conditions found in healthcare setting.
