Senior Recruiter, Tech (fixed-term contract)

This candidate will join a well-funded, fast-growing technology startup with the
unique opportunity to help build out a critical function for the company.

As a GTM Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top
on revenue driving roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand
networking, Linkedin recuiter outreach, job boards, and social media, to
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders: stakeholders to understand hiring needs and contribute to the design of
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, fostering
Data-Driven Insights: Regularly report on recruitment metrics such as
time-to-hire, candidate conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates. Use data
to refine recruitment strategies and ensure a consistent pipeline of top talent.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Partner with Recruitment Managers and HR to
hires.

3-7+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, preferably with 1 to 3 years
Expertise with technical roles, including software engineering, Product and
Implementation.
* Strong technical knowledge of the following roles and experience recruiting
in Javascript/AWS tech stacks - Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, Data, SDET,
with candidates and hiring managers.

• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools, preferably Greenhouse.
