Location: NYC, NY Duration: 2 months Contract Schedule: NIGHTS, 7PM-7:30AM, EOW IS REQUIRED Hourly rate: $53/ hour on W2 Negotiable
RN License: Active NYS RN License required
Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience
Critical Care Experience: 2 years Telemetry & Critical Care
Travel Experience: 1 year required for Travel positions; not required for Per Diem
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Clinical Skills: Telemetry, Ventilator
EMR: EPIC experience highly preferred
Unit: 24 beds
Average Census: 22 patients
Staffing Ratio: 1 RN : 5 patients
Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Weekends: Every other weekend (EOW) required
Key Responsibilities: Patient care, assessments, medication management, care planning, patient/family education, discharge planning, interdisciplinary collaboration
Patient Experience: Purposeful Hourly Rounding, bedside shift report, admission/discharge support, service recovery
Quality & Safety: Evidence-based practice, quality improvement, safety compliance, accurate documentation
Operations: Charge nurse duties as assigned, resource management, patient throughput
Professional Development: Clinical competency, continuing education, shared decision-making, nursing committees
