Titan is looking for Front Desk Concierge Security Officer for commercial building in Downtown Nashville!Responsibilities of Concierge Security Officers include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationMaintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as requiredMonitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environmentRespond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security managementOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications of Concierge Security Officers:Must be at least 21 years of age.Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animalsHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Able to acquire and maintain a valid Tennessee Security Guard, including state accredited training requirementsAble to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.Able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAble to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weatherPreferred Qualifications of Concierge Security Officers:Bi-lingual considered a plus.Evening, overnight, and weekend availability requiredPay and Benefits of Concierge Security Officers:Positions starting between $25/ hour depending on experience, location and positionPaid time off and paid holidaysMedical and Dental insuranceOpportunities for career growth and promotionSkills-enhancing trainingEOE/M/F/D/V
