A growing outpatient practice is hiring Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and clinical leaders across several Central MA locations. What’s Offered 1-on-1 Care Model: 40-minute sessions, no double-booking or concurrent visits

Flexible Scheduling: Options include 4x10s, 3x12s, 5x8s, or custom shifts (Mon-Fri only)
Professional Development $1,500+ annual continuing ed budget

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000-$125,000/year
