Maintenance Tech

Hebron 121 Station is looking for a Maintenance Tech who will use their experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

Competitive compensation which includes bonuses outlined by the property commission structure.

Preventative Maintenance

Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis

Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members

Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends

Legal authorization to work in the United States
