Join Caring Senior Service of McAllen , where caregivers are the heart of what we do. We're looking for dedicated professionals to provide in-home care to seniors in Harlingen , San Benito and surrounding areas.

Flexible shifts available: days, nights, weekends, and PRN — including 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts.

9–$12/hour , depending on experience, shift, and client needs.

Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support

Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation or activities

Perform light housekeeping , meal prep, and laundry

Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the care team

At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience (CNA preferred)

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

English proficiency (reading and writing)

Bilingual candidates are a plus!
