Responsibilities Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care

Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care.

Directs the assistance of support staff to achieve patients’ functional goals.

Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans. Provides direction and leadership to staff and acts as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community

Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program

Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work

Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility

Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area.

Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.

Must be able and willing to travel 50%
