This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Our growing Sales department is looking for ambitious and self-motivated person to join our team. No automotive experience required, we offer a base salary and bonus incentives. - 40 Hour work week, and only 16 Saturdays a year
- No Sundays!
- No Major Holiday!
- Approach, greet and offer Rockstar assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Be well versed in Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram. Help put us on the map with valid content.
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Have quality customer service skills
- Work hard to find a way to say yes and help the customer.
