Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives. Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Waukegan, IL
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, rotating Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm (Fridays off)
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or GED or equivalent Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
2 years or more of phlebotomy experience with patients of all ages
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Pay Range: $17.75 - $24.50 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data Phlebotomist’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
