Quality Control Checkers

The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing visual and mechanical inspections to ensure parts and materials meet quality standards. Performing visual and mechanical inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, bore gages, height gages, angle protractors, and optical comparators
Conducting quality assessments on incoming materials, in-process parts, and outgoing products
Verifying parts and interpreting blueprints for dimensional and visual checks
Ensuring documentation complies with ISO9001-2015 and DMC Power quality requirements
Managing database systems for quality documentation
What will help you thrive in this role? High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
1-3 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with power/utility industry or substation projects (preferred)
