Title: Porter

Reports To: Fixed or Area Operations Manager

As a Porter, your essential job functions include:
Being responsible for moving and parking vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, and assisting the service team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
Support the service team by retrieving vehicles for customers, transporting vehicles to and from service areas, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous and prompt service.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to Management immediately.

Process and Planning Orientation
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoor.
