Telemetry/Surgical RNThis position is available on a 36-bed telemetry/surgical floor. The environment focuses on both pre- and post-operative care, providing a dynamic and challenging setting for nursing professionals.Role ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess patients' vital signs and overall condition.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care procedures and post-operative recovery.Document patient interactions and care in accordance with established protocols.QualificationsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience required.Experience with EPIC electronic health records system required.Travelers are encouraged to review available housing options in the area to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay during the assignment.Client Details State VA
