Warehouse Responsible and Delivery

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equipment warehouse. This is an onsite role responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment logistics, and ensuring accurate tracking of materials supporting multiple projects. The warehouse yard is located directly adjacent to the warehouse, so no out-of-market travel is required .

This individual will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with contractors, and supporting warehouse budget management. Initially, budget responsibilities will focus on maintaining established spending thresholds, with opportunities to take on additional financial oversight over time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of a single equipment warehouse and adjacent warehouse yard.

Coordinate bulk equipment shipments, deliveries, and pickups.

Work directly with contractors to facilitate equipment distribution and returns.

Accurately record and track all materials received, issued, and returned.

Maintain inventory records and ensure equipment is assigned to the appropriate project.

Monitor equipment movement to support inventory accuracy and project accountability.

Track warehouse activity using Microsoft Excel and Sonar Technologies Warehouse Management System (WMS) .

Assist with warehouse budget management by monitoring spending against established budget thresholds.

Collaborate with leadership to improve inventory controls and warehouse processes.

Required Qualifications

Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control.

Proficiency with Sonar Technologies Warehouse Management System (WMS) .

Experience tracking equipment and inventory by project.

Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory documentation, and material handling.

Experience coordinating logistics with contractors or field personnel.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing or supporting warehouse budgets.

Ability to analyze inventory trends and recommend process improvements.

Leadership experience overseeing warehouse operations or personnel.
