Java is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! We are a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Location: In-clinic & Hybrid options
PART TIME & FULL TIME
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
