Hematology Oncologist - Banner Health, Sterling Regional Medical Center
The David Walsh Cancer Center at Sterling Regional Medical Center is currently seeking an experienced Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology Oncologist to join our comprehensive oncology team. This full‑time position offers an opportunity to provide cutting‑edge medical oncology care to a diverse patient population within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Scope of Practice
As a hematology oncologist, you will deliver medical oncology services, including diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management for a wide range of hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. The role is integrated with radiation and surgical oncology colleagues and emphasizes evidence‑based, multidisciplinary patient care.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology

Clinical experience in medical oncology preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply

Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time position

Annual base compensation of $550,000

Sign‑on/relocation bonus up to $60,000

Resident stipend of $1,500/month (up to $18,000 during training)

Loan repayment assistance up to $100,000
