Auto Dealership Parts Department Inventory Counter

Join Jaguar Land Rover Columbia as a Parts Counterperson, where you will play a key role in supporting our service and repair operations by efficiently managing parts inventory and providing exceptional customer service. Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating parts accurately and promptly.

• Maintain parts inventory by verifying stock, replenishing supplies, and organizing the parts department.
• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Use computer systems to manage parts data and update inventory records.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to promote efficiency and safety.

• Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
