The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in the month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations for the business. This individual will partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and business leaders to provide financial insights, improve processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting professional with manufacturing experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to understand how accounting impacts operational performance. Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

Support inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related transactions

Analyze financial results and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies

Leverage NetSuite to streamline reporting and enhance financial visibility

Participate in system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives

Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong understanding of inventory and manufacturing accounting principles

Advanced Excel skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple business functions

Strong business acumen with the ability to think beyond debits and credits

Someone who enjoys partnering with operational leaders to drive business decisions

Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on process optimization
