Develop structured plans, timelines, and operating processes.
Provide clear executive-level updates (written, verbal, and presentations).
Identify risks and implement operational improvements.
Support planning and execution of partner visits and program launches.
Strong program management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Proven stakeholder management experience.
Background in tax, accounting, call center, or BPO industries.
