Hotel Head Of Housekeeping

Description We're looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You'll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Responsibilities • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed • Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs • Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily • Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies • Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Qualifications • 2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service • This position requires a high school diploma or GED • Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment • 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position
