Coordinate homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed while proactively resolving challenges and managing change orders.
Oversee daily field operations, conducting jobsite inspections, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and verifying work meets plans and building codes.
Manage project financials and documentation, including schedules, job costs, material procurement, forecasting, and Buildertrend updates.
Personal Characteristics Needed to Be Successful in This Role

Ability to run several projects simultaneously
5 + years of Project management experience (commercial or residential)

• Knowledgeable in construction software such as BuilderTrend (or similar)
• Yearly job Performance Bonuses of 1% company GP (potential earnings of up to $15k)
• Holidays: 6 Days

• Work vehicle and tools provided with potential to become take home vehicle after 120 days
