Position: Sales Manager - Motorcycle Sales and Finance
Do you have a passion for motorcycles and leadership experience? Harley-Davidson of Yuba City is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee our Motorcycle Sales and Finance operations. In this role, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals, drive sales performance, and ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience in both purchasing their motorcycles and financing their dream ride.
Proven experience in sales and leadership roles, with a focus on automotive or powersports sales.
Strong knowledge of motorcycle products, the Harley-Davidson brand, and the finance process.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and build strong customer relationships.
A customer-first mindset, with a strong desire to meet and exceed customer needs and sales goals.
Ability to manage and track sales and finance reports, ensuring the team hits targets.
Lead the motorcycle sales and finance team, ensuring a seamless customer experience from the initial consultation to final sale and financing.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Oversee all aspects of motorcycle sales, including customer consultations, inventory management, and financing options.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs, present suitable motorcycle options, and ensure financing solutions align with their budget.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to drive business growth.
Manage daily operations of the finance department, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with industry regulations.
Analyze sales and finance performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
