Full-Time Bookkeeper (Accounting)

Blayze Group is partnering with an established, privately held commercial real estate investment and management business to recruit a Bookkeeper for its Dallas office.
This is a smaller, close-knit team where you will work directly with ownership and play an important role in keeping the day-to-day accounting accurate and organized.
The Role Manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple properties and entities.
Process invoices, vendor payments, tenant billing and receipts.
Complete bank and account reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
Support month-end close, financial reporting and budgeting.
Assist with CAM reconciliations, tenant recoveries and outstanding balances.
Work closely with ownership and property management to resolve accounting queries.
What They’re Looking For Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience within commercial real estate or property management .
Retail property experience and familiarity with tenant billing and CAM reconciliations preferred.
This position is based in the Dallas office 5 days per week.
