As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll be a key leader in our field operations, overseeing daily waste collection activities and ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in running safe, efficient daily operations:

Lead and supervise drivers and crews in solid waste collection operations

Champion safety by setting goals, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance

Perform field inspections to verify work quality and safety standards

Handle customer concerns and drive resolution with urgency and professionalism

Coach, develop, and manage employee performance

Support strategic planning through short- and long-term operational goals

Ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements

Willingness to relocate for career advancement

Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)

Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or related operations

CDL Class B (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Excel and business systems
