Corporate Attorney Litigation

Manage a high-volume docket of consumer litigation and arbitration matters, including individual federal and state claims, small claims matters, and arbitrations.

Serve as a hands‑on attorney on assigned matters, including developing case strategy, actively assisting with all aspects of litigation, and driving resolution.

Oversee and strategically direct outside counsel, ensuring alignment with company consumer litigation and arbitration strategy while ensuring efficient use of resources.

Partner cross‑functionally with Care, Executive Response, and other business teams to resolve disputes and improve customer outcomes.

Identify trends and recurring consumer issues and proactively advise the business on risk mitigation and process improvements.

Support small claims and arbitration programs, including preparing internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, handling aspects of matters directly.

Assist in managing individual and mass arbitration matters and aligning with the broader consumer litigation strategy.

Contribute to continuous improvement of litigation processes, tools, and strategies to enhance scalability and consistency.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

2‑4 years of experience as a business attorney, with relevant in‑house and/or top law firm transitional experience.

Preferred 4-7 years of relevant legal experience, focusing on consumer litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution.

Demonstrated ability to independently handle litigation matters and work effectively with outside counsel.

Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical, solution‑oriented legal advice.
