Translate architectural design concepts into technical drawings - Create: o Floor plans o Elevations o Building sections o Construction details - Assist with layout and organization of construction document sets for review and permitting - Produce 3D models and rendered elements as needed - Prepare presentation documents to support internal reviews and client meetings - Quickly sketch and model design concepts and alternatives - Efficiently draft multiple design options when requested - Apply critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills to develop creative, buildable design outcomes - Demonstrate an understanding of building construction, drafting tools, and building techniques - Maintain a general understanding of comprehensive
