Client Service Representative

VCA Everett Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!

We are a six-doctor, full-service, AAHA-accredited animal hospital located just minutes from downtown Boston. Proudly serving our community for over 20 years, we are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual with prior experience in a fast-paced client service environment. Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is strongly preferred.

This role requires someone who is confident handling a busy front desk, managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally with clients, and working closely with our medical team.
