Groundskeeper
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appearance of the resort and villas grounds areas by performing a diverse range of activities involved in grounds maintenance.
Essential Functions:
Mowing, trimming, and blowing of all turf areas around the resort.
Planting, weeding, and mulching all flower beds around the resort.
Sweeping or blowing roadside, walkways, parking lots, and tennis courts.
Edging of walkways, flowerbeds, and curbs throughout the property.
Operate and maintain utility vehicles and equipment, following standards and safety guidelines.
Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Use of many common grounds maintenance power tools including mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
Use of hand tools including rakes, brooms, shovels, sod knives, etc.
Power washing all hardscape areas.
Assists with irrigation system repairs and maintenance.
Daily shop upkeep and cleanliness.
Perform any other such duties, as assigned.

Position Requirements:
Minimum Knowledge & Skills: Requires basic employment skills in clerical, service or manual areas
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: Previous grounds maintenance experience valued but not required.
License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Valid Driver's License.

Daily – Pre shift meetings and stand ups.
Occasionally – Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions.
~ Teamwork and Collaboration: This position requires continuous teamwork as well as internal and cross-departmental communication.
