Head of Marketing Management Remote (m/f/d)

To support a growing portfolio of enterprise-level clients, the part-time to full-time Email Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and optimize email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals using Klaviyo
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate requirements into effective email marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze email marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience managing an Email Retention Marketing program for B2C eCommerce brands
Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including advanced features like predictive analytics and complex segmentation
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic coding principles for email design within Klaviyo
Experience with CRM, CDPs, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights and recommendations
