Responsibilities
Assist clients with frame styling, lens selections, and tailored fittings to meet their individual needs
Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's luxury ethos
Build and maintain lasting relationships with a discerning clientele
Troubleshoot and adjust eyewear to ensure optimal fit and comfort
Drive sales performance while upholding the highest standards of service
Stay current on frame collections, lens technologies, and industry trends
Collaborate with the boutique team to maintain visual merchandising standards and efficient inventory management
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of optical or luxury retail experience, preferably within a fashion-focused environment
Familiarity with lens types, coatings, and progressive technologies preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional presence
Sophisticated presentation and the ability to engage a high‑end clientele
Genuine passion for eyewear design and fashion
Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours as required
