Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Savannah, GA. At Labcorp we have a passion in helping people live happy and healthy lives. We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday anywhere between the hour of 5:00am - 6:00pm, with rotating Saturdays hours may vary as this is a casual position.
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
One year or more experience as a phlebotomist

Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
