Head of Project Management (Construction)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role serves as a P&L leader, responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Our Project Managers provide leadership to field teams, build strong client partnerships, and drive successful project execution across complex and fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities Deliver projects according to client needs while exceeding expectations

Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for each assigned project incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities

Direct all project activities including design, planning, and execution through completion

Manage financial performance while mitigating exposure to risk

Provide leadership and support to field teams

Maintain all project records to ensure relevant information is documented and secured

Qualifications Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities

Demonstrated success leading a team through complex project execution

Experience managing and leading field‑level staff and holding them accountable to project goals

Bilingual a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of related experience

5+ years Project Management experience in construction required

Safety Level This is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.

Potentially operate a motor vehicle, crane, tractor, etc.
