Head of Manufacturing Quality Control

Quality Control ManagerFreeman Boatworks is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead quality operations across our manufacturing environment.This role is responsible for overseeing the quality process from incoming materials through final production, ensuring products meet company standards while driving continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor.The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing people leadership, process oversight, troubleshooting, reporting, root cause analysis, and day-to-day production support.
