This role is focused on troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and operational issues that occur in live environments. This position is well-suited for engineers who enjoy diving deep into technical problems, working with ambiguity, and leveraging data-driven troubleshooting methodologies. You will work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to resolve issues related to drone systems, payload mechanisms, software validators, system performance, and operational failures.
