Night Shift Caregivers Needed: In-Home Care, Flexible Part-Time Hours

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (depending upon experience)

Always Best Care is hiring In Home Caregivers to support clients throughout Williamson County and North Travis County. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care, we’d love to meet you.

As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate support, including:
- Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support)
- Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment
- Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Monitoring client well being and reporting changes to the care team
Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiver (home care, assisted living, or similar).
Reliable vehicle + auto insurance

Flexible hours: 20-60 hours per week based on your availability
- Shift options: 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
- Day, evening, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
