Family Medicine Physician Opportunity – Evansville, WisconsinSSM Health Dean Medical Group is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient primary care clinic in Evansville, Wisconsinjust 30 minutes from Madison. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a supportive, patient-centered environment while enjoying a strong work/life balance.Our Evansville clinic provides care for the entire family, offering convenient neighborhood access for diagnosis and treatment of minor and chronic illnesses, preventive care, immunizations, and more. You'll join a tight-knit team with experienced support staff, strong onboarding, and the backing of a mission-driven, integrated health system.
